NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course - Instructor Led Only

This Instructor-led beginning course with no prerequisite is designed to provide students with the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for safe pistol shooting. Students learn the NRA’s rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals and positions, range rules, cleaning, and continued opportunities for skill development. Loaner rimfire and centerfire pistols are available with ammunition provided. Students receive the NRA Guide: Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules card, NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, and course completion certificate. Includes MD firearms law lesson to apply for MD Handgun Qualification License. This course is prerequisite to our NRA Basic CCW Course. $50 discount for B-CC IWLA members (provide your member number in the "Notes/Special Request" registration section).
