All skill levels welcome! The course covers safe gun handling, revolvers and semi automatic pistols, ammunition, fundamentals of shooting, shooting positions, qualifications, scoring targets, selecting and maintaining your pistol, and continued opportunities for skill development. The course meets the requirements for getting your Concealed Weapons License in the state of Florida. The course is a prerequisite for the NRA Pistol Instructor course. Students should bring: lunch/drink, closed toe shoes, baseball hat, crew neck shirt. Students are welcome to bring their own pistol for the range portion of the course.
