NRA Basic Personal Protection In The Home Course

After selecting REGISTER in the lower left, Go to www.practicalprotectionNH.com/classes, scroll to the Oct 3 PPITH class, and pay to complete your registration. Prerequisite is one of the following: NRA Basic Pistol Certificate, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program (Pistol Discipline), Pistol Qualification Card, Military DOD with Pistol Qualification, or pass the pre-course qualification (contact Dan). Students will learn basic defensive shooting skills, strategies for home safety and responding to a violent confrontation, firearms and the law, how to choose a handgun for self-defense, and continued opportunities for skill development. This is an eight-hour course with live-fire, and students should expect to shoot approximately 200+ rounds of ammunition. Students must bring their own pistol and ammo, an extra magazine, a holster and belt (NOT a Serpa), eye and ear protection, a baseball hat, and snacks/drinks/lunch - all else will be provided.
