NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course

Dynamic Training Counselor will teach this 16-hour course in two parts: Basic Instructor Training and Pistol Instructor. This is the pre-requisite course required to take the NCDOJ Concealed Carry Handgun Instructor course. NRA Instructors with current BIT (less than 24 months) qualify for time and cost reductions. Course will teach the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basics of Pistol Shooting course. Prerequisites: Instructor Candidates must complete the student NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting – Instructor Led course and complete the skills test as outlined in Appendix 5. This prerequisite course will be offered the day before. Please indicate it is needed or provide a copy of completion certificate.
