NRA Home Firearm Safety Course

This is the NRA Home Firearms Safety Course with Live Fire Training at the conclusion of the NRA instruction. The class starts at 8:00 AM and concludes at 4:30PM. The Firearm Safety Course (LTC-007) is an approved MA State Police class that meets all requirements for Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification (FID) licensing. The class includes a discussion of Massachusetts gun laws; use of force and self-defense laws; suicide prevention and harm reduction and disengagement tactics as well as assistance with completing the LTC application. The Course Fee includes all course materials, use of firearms, ammunition, and hearing and eye protection. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
