NRA Instructor Rifle Shooting Course

Hi, This is the NRA Rifle Instructor course. The course is taught at our home, and at a local shooting range. The Basic Course is taught in conjunction with this course. **NO LIVE AMMO IN THE CLASS**. If you would like to bring your firearm, it must be cased and unloaded. You may want to bring food, drinks, snacks, eye and ear protection. Light refreshments provided. The NRA Rifle Instructor course teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Rifle Shooting course. Possession of basic firearm safety and shooting skills is a prerequisite for certification as an NRA instructor. Prior to the instructor training, candidates complete a pre-course questionnaire and demonstrate their firearm background in pre-course assessment exercises. The course includes discipline specific instructor training. Students demonstrate organizational and teaching skills via participation in practical exercises.
