NRA-NMLRA Basic Muzzleloading Shooting Course

Class runs 9:00 am 26 June - 12:00 pm 27 June. You will learn the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of muzzleloading guns. Course includes classroom instruction and time on a range shooting either a muzzleloading rifle, muzzleloading shotgun, muzzleloading pistol or a selected combination of these guns. You will learn about various gun locks including inline, and side-lock percussion cap, and flintlock, as well as the cap and ball revolver. You will learn the safety aspects and uses of various powders and projectiles for muzzleloading guns.
