NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course - Instructor Led Only

Successful completion of this course satisfies the training requirement for Virginia’s Concealed Carry application. This comprehensive pistol course delivers the essential knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary for safe and responsible firearm ownership. Students receive a balance of classroom instruction, hands-on training, performance evaluations, and a live-fire range qualification. As a dedicated instructor, I take pride in sharing my extensive firearms knowledge and real-world experience to help students build confidence and competence. Course topics include safe firearm handling, pistol operation and mechanics, and fundamental shooting techniques. Temporary Note: You are responsible for paying the range fee and lane rental. Range time may need to be scheduled for a later date. If needed, I can provide a pistol and ammunition for the shooting qualification.
