NRA-NMLRA Basic Muzzleloading Shooting Course

This course teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of muzzleloading guns. It is 12 hours long and includes classroom instruction and range time with flintlock and percussion muzzleloading rifles, shotguns, and pistols. Bring your lunch and personal eye and ear protection. Wear proper clothing for an outdoor range and weather conditions with closed-toe shoes. Pack a lunch and your own eye and hearing protection. All materials and firearms are provided but you may bring your own it you have them. An email including payment and further data will be sent within 48 hours of receiving your registration. Fees are non-refundable. Individuals who fail to remit money for the course within 48 hours post-email will have their names expunged from the roster.
