NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course - Instructor Led Only

NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting is a foundational course designed to introduce individuals to the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. It's suitable for both beginners and those looking to reinforce their fundamental understanding of handgun operation. Saturday, July 19, 2025, 9 am-6 pm will be spent in the classroom learning and demonstrating. Bring a pen or pencil, a highlighter, a notebook, and a sack lunch. Sunday, July 20, 2025, will be at the range, exercising what we have learned. We will break Sunday into shifts for individual instruction. If you own a pistol or revolver, bring it WITHOUT ammunition to class, and bring at least 100 rounds on Sunday. All firearms must be transported in a case.
