NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course - Instructor Led Only

Learn the Basic Knowledge, Skills & Attitude, necessary for Basic Marksmanship, and the Safe Handling and Storage of Guns & Ammunition. Students will receive the N.R.A. Basics of Pistol Shooting Book, Gun Safety Rules Brochure; and must complete and pass a Written Exam; and will receive a Course Completion Certificate after Passing the Live-Fire Range Session, too. NO LIVE AMMO IS PERMITTED IN THE CLASSROOM. Bring hearing protection, eye protection, and gun cleaning supplies, and about 200 rounds of ammo to make sure you have enough for the live fire. The shooting range is outdoors and is about 4 miles from the classroom. You do not have to be an N.R.A. member to take this class. This Course satisfies the requirements for the Virginia State Concealed Handgun Permit Application.
