This is an NRA RSO course geared towards Royal Ranger Leaders attending the 2023 Royal Ranger LEAD Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Class is limited to 25 students. Non Royal Ranger adults are also invited to attend. Minimum age 21 years old. Cost is $60.00 pay at the door on day of the class. After successfully passing the class you'll be required to register online with the NRA who will charge you an additional fee for a 2 year NRA RSO certification. If your already an NRA member the price is discounted. The Room number for the class will be posted in the Lobby of the hotel or you can email the Instructors Darell Freeman or Anthony Cannella prior to the event to get the room number.
