Comments (if any):

This Instructor Development Workshop is for both men and women who would like to acquire the training and credentials required to teach Refuse To Be A Victim Seminars in the community. The workshop generally takes about 8 hours to complete. Instructor Development Workshops are taught by Regional Counselors. In order to take the Instructor Development Workshop you must also sign up and attend the Refuse To Be Victim Seminar that is being held on the same day, Aug 17th, starting at 8am. In general, seminars heighten public awareness of what can and should be done to stay safe. The workshop then focuses on the technical aspects of the program; instructor expectations; certification guidelines; speaking and presentation skills; and marketing strategies. About us: The Arlington Fairfax Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is a nonprofit educational corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Federal Tax Code. An email will follow with details of location, times and payment information.
